NFL HIGHLIGHTS

     The 26-minute B & W 1961 NFL highlight film was produced by Tel Ra in the years before NFL Films, Inc. was formed. Narrated by sportscaster Jim Leaming and presented by Miller High Life ("The Champagne of Bottled Beer"), this rare film shows the most outstanding plays of each team's season in order beginning with the worst team to the World Champion Packers. Several of the outstanding stars of the year are shown in great closeup poses before games in those old ballparks such as Forbes Field, Yankee Stadium, Tiger Stadium, Franklin Field, etc. Players shown in closeups are printed in italics below. Each team is shown in order as listed, with team record and the named players shown in action.
